Great God Generals Molding Process – The Making of a God Servant

1. Created, Sanctified and Ordained before birth

It’s God who chooses His servants – you do not choose yourself.

God creates His servants. Before they come forth out of the womb they are sanctified and ordained for their specific ministry like Jeremiah

Jer 1:5: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou came forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations

God created Moses, sanctified and ordained him before His birth to deliver the children of Israel out of Egypt.

God created Joshua, sanctified and ordained him before his birth to take over from Moses and take the children of Israel to the Promised Land.

God created Jeremiah, Samuel, Elijah, Elisha, Hosea, etc sanctified and ordained them to be prophets before they were born.

God created John the Baptist, sanctified and ordained him before he was born to prepare the way for Jesus

God created the disciples, sanctified and ordained them before they were born to be Jesus disciples.

God created Paul, sanctified and ordained him before his birth to be an apostle

Every true God servant is created, sanctified and ordained before their birth for their specific ministry.

The biggest mistake in life on earth a God servant will do is not doing what s/he was created to do. That leads straight to hell. Why?

Because there are people who will go to hell because you did not do your work on earth and their blood is in your hands (Ezek 3:18-27).

God servants are ordained by God before they are born – they do not need human ordination.

Who ordained Moses, Joshua, Elijah, Samuel, Hosea, Daniel, John the Baptist, Paul etc? It’s God who ordains His generals.

After their birth, God allows His servants to grow.

2. Bringing up a God servant – God servant grows

After creation, sanctification (set-apart) and ordination before birth, God allows His servants to grow.

By this time, many do not know if they are called and chosen for the gospel.

They grow up like any other human being but God with them, leading and watching them many without knowing.

As His servants grow, He passes them through things and circumstances which shape them up and important for their call.

God placed Moses in pharaoh’s house to grow and learn though Moses did not know.

God allowed David to grow being a shepherd though He did not know God was molding him

God teaches His servants to be shepherds. How will you shepherd His flock if you have not learned?

As I grew up, I did not know that all my years of shepherding where lessons for my calling. At times, God takes me back in dreams and visions to my days of shepherding.

See that after His birth, Jesus was to grow until the appointed time. Reason Bible is silent immediately after Jesus birth to the time He is about to start His ministry.

Like Jesus, God allows His servants to grow until appointed time walking with them all through, passing them through situations to shape them.

After growing up, at the appointed heavenly time, it’s time for the call.

3. The call

God appears to His servant, many for the first time, for the call.

Many times, God calls His servant audibly by their name

The first time He appeared to Moses, He called him by his name

Ex 3:4: And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, ‘Moses, Moses’.  And he said, ‘Here am I’.

First time He spoke to Samuel, He called him by his name

1 Sam 3:6: And the LORD called yet again, ‘Samuel’.

The first time He appeared to Paul, He called him by his name

Acts 9:4: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, ‘Saul, Saul, why persecute thou me?’

When Jesus Christ appeared to me for the first time in 2011, He called me by my name, ‘Joshua’. See how Jesus Christ appeared to me.

The call is so tremendous – you clearly know that this is ‘I AM’ speaking and instantly you are not the same again.

In the call;

  1. God identifies Himself to His servant
  2. Defines who you are – a chosen vessel
  3. Defines and reveals your ministry

It is for these reasons the call is very important to every God servant.

To Moses, God identified Himself and revealed Moses enter ministry to him

Ex 3:6, 10: Moreover he said, ‘I am the God of your father -the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.  And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God. Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that you may bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.

From his creation, Moses enter ministry was specifically to bring the children of Israel out of Egypt.

To Joshua, God revealed Joshua’s enter ministry to him

Joshua 1:2: Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them – the children of Israel

Joshua ministry from the day he was created was to take over after Moses and lead the children of Israel to the Promised Land.

To Jeremiah, He revealed who Jeremiah is

Jer 1:5: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou came forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations

Jeremiah was created a prophet

Sometimes God sends a prophet to His chosen servant.

It is in the call where you understand your ministry – reason true God servants are not envious or competing. Every person has his/her individual role to play.

To some the call comes immediately at the end of being passed through fire like unto Moses while to others it comes before being taken to the desert.

But if the call will come to you at the end of the desert time, you already know before being taken to the desert that you are a chosen God vessel like Moses.

Before leaving Egypt, Moses knew He was chosen; when he killed the Egyptian, he expected the children of Israel to know that he was the deliverer but they did not understand.

Act 7:24-25: And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian. For he supposed his brethren would have understood how that God by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not.

By the time Moses was taken to the wilderness, he knew he was the chosen deliverer of the children of Israel.

After the call comes the passing of the vessel through fire to refine it like gold.

4. Desert – passed through fire

In the desert, the potter breaks the vessel, makes it nothing, molds it again, purifies and refines it passing it through fire like gold.

The processes in the desert are;

  1. Breaking the vessel making it nothing

The first step in the desert is to break the vessel making it nothing.

If you had anything which made you something, it is broken up by God and destroyed.

If it is money which made you something, God takes away all the money you had.

If it is education, job, cars, house, etc which made you something in this world, they are all destroyed.

Moses had all the education, wealth and riches and he was next to the throne but miraculously God made him become nothing.

Paul had all the education, authority, etc but miraculously God made him nothing.

You lose everything, all friends, family, possessions, etc – you become nothing with nothing. Only you and God remain.

Why?

Because He has to kill (destroy) you for you to become His vessel in order for people to see Him through you not see you and for you not to boast in your might.

I have seen servants looking for fame and greatness, these are yet to be made nothing; they are yet to be broken.

By the time God is through breaking you, making you nothing, you want no fame, glory, greatness to come to you – you know you are nothing.

This is why when God comes to send the servant, the servant knows he is unworthy and even you tell God like Moses that you are not worthy.

In the breaking, God destroys everything of the world in and with you and kills you completely; yourself dies.

If you feel worthy, you are yet to be broken.

Step number 2 is;

  1. Re-making of the vessel

After breaking the vessel making it nothing (of no value) God re-makes the vessel to a heavenly vessel – The vessel which was worldly is broken and re-made to heavenly vessel.

At this point, God reveals so many revelations to you even taking you to heaven or hell. He puts large amounts of His WORD in you that you know the TRUTH very well.

When the heavenly vessel is finished, the 3rd step comes;

  1. Purifying and refining with fire like gold

The heavenly vessel is taken through fire like gold for purification and refining.

God passes the vessel through fire until the vessel becomes very pure. It does not matter the amount of fire or time it takes to purify and refine the vessel – God’s focus at this point is bringing out a vessel ready for His use.

At this point, the fire burns everything of the world (impurity) which was remaining in you and totally kills you – yourself dies.

The fire purifies and refines you, until you beg God to kill you.

Until clay is ready to return to clay, until dust is ready to return to dust, until you cry begging God to kill you – the vessel is now ready to be used by the creator.

I remember I begged God severally with tears to take me out of the world. He said ‘No!’

It is for this reason true God servants are not afraid of death and losing their life for the gospel – they are ready to die for Jesus Christ.

Why are God servants able to go through all the hardship in the desert?

Because they know it’s God’s doing. Reason God calls them before taking them to the desert.

The last step in making God generals is the;

4. Sending of the servant

After the servant is purified and refined like gold, God appears tremendously to send the servant. It’s time to go!

God said to Moses,

Ex 3:10: Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh

He said to Joshua,

Joshua 1:2: Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go

He said to Jonah

Jonah 1:2: Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it

A God servant does not go until s/he is send – for many have gone without being send.

Why is sending important?

  1. For direction

When God is sending His servant, He gives him/her direction

  1. For power

Jesus Christ does not send His servant without power – miracles, signs and wonders follow true send Jesus Christ servants.

See miracles signs and wonders follow Jesus Christ servants and the kingdom of heaven in not in word but in power.

We see how Jesus sends His servants in Mt 10:

Mt 10:1: And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

I have never seen a true Jesus Christ servant without power – followed by miracles signs and wonders.

  1. To work with heaven

To work with heaven, you must move with heavenly timings. You must wait to be send because the time God sends you, the entire heaven including Angels descends to work with you.

After being send, a God servant comes out to the world, God doing great works through him/her for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

One thing: Do not return to your past – never return to the things broken down and destroyed during the time you were made nothing. People will try to make you go back to doing what the world dictates but don’t. Look ahead and focus on doing what your were created to do.

Why many called never do the work they were created to do

Many vessels are rebellious. They do not want to go through the entire molding process yet they want to preach His gospel.

When some hear the call, they get out and start preaching without being taken to the desert and being sent. These are they who lack power – they may be so good in preaching but they lack the power.

Others run from being molded by God to being molded by human beings. These are they who depend on human being for spiritual covering, mentorship, and launching of their ministry.

Spiritual covering and spiritual father and mother are false gospels.

Where God sends His servant, there is their provision. I have never seen a true Jesus Christ servant begging or lacking where s/he is send.

If you see a servant seeking worldly riches, power, fame, glory, etc, they are yet to finish the molding process and if you look carefully, they lack the power of Jesus Christ – they may have the words but without power.

How much you are obedient is how fast your molding process is. Some take few years, other many years in the molding process.

From the time Moses left Egypt into the wilderness to the time He returned as a God vessel to deliver the children of Israel it was a period of 40 years.

Paul spent 3 years in the desert in Saudi Arabia.

I spent 3 years from 2011 until God told me that I have passed.

Realize no true God servant is blind. God speaks to them mostly through dreams and visions.

When you are called and chosen, wait until God sends you then you can come out to do what you were created to do.

God does not send His servant until the vessel has passed through all molding processes; purified and refined in fire like gold.

God does not put His power in vessels which are not completely His; vessels which have not being completely made heavenly.

God does not want to give His power to individuals who will go destroy humanity which God is working to save many. God’s power through a servant can destroy and kill.

It’s only God who molds His servants – no human being is involved
